There was one offender released on parole during 2018 that lives in Kinsman zip code 60437, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Illinois Valley Times.

The data shows that the released offender was Martin Arciniega. He was convicted of a sex crime in 2011, when he was 41. He is now 49.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
