2018 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in zip code 60450?

There were 21 offenders released on parole during 2018 that live near Illinois zip code 60450, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Illinois Valley Times.

The data shows that 17 men and four women were released in the Morris zip code. The median age of the parolees was 36. The youngest parolee was a 19-year-old man convicted of a crime involving alcohol in 2018, and the oldest was a 60-year-old man convicted of a crime involving alcohol in 2017.

The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Joseph Milashoski. He was convicted of a crime against a person in 2014, when he was 26 years old. He is now 30.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
