2018 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in zip code 60518?

There were six offenders released on parole during 2018 that live near Illinois zip code 60518, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Illinois Valley Times.

The data shows that the six released offenders living in the Earlville zip code were men. The median age of the parolees was 37. The youngest parolee was a 20-year-old man convicted of a property crime in 2017, and the oldest was a 58-year-old man convicted of a crime involving alcohol in 2017.

The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Robert Swonke. He was convicted of a crime involving drugs in 2012, when he was 38 years old. He is now 45.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
