2018 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in zip code 61356?

There were nine offenders released on parole during 2018 that live near Illinois zip code 61356, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Illinois Valley Times.

The data shows that the nine released offenders living in the Princeton zip code were men. The median age of the parolees was 36. The youngest parolee was a 24-year-old man convicted of a property crime in 2015, and the oldest was a 43-year-old man convicted of a crime involving drugs in 2005.

The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Jeffrey Estrada. He was convicted of a crime involving drugs in 2005, when he was 43 years old. He is now 58.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
