Princeton Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on July 15.

Trails 4 Tails Fest to raise funds for It’s A Ruff Life Rescue

1 Day, 7 Races & a Fest!

It’s A Ruff Life Rescue and the Bucks County Triathlon Club are returning to co-host Trails 4 Tails Fest for the 3rd year October19, 2019, a fundraiser for It’s A Ruff Life Rescue, an all breed dog rescue. Participants and guests of all ages, 2 and four legged will enjoy the benefits and beauty of Historic Washington Crossing Park, NJ and have the opportunity to network with our event sponsors and fellow dog lovers. The inaugural Trails 4 Tails Sold Out!

Trails4Tails Fest offers many new opportunities for the education of responsible pet ownership, recreation, community service & social activities for all ages! Interest in Trails4Tails has not only been growing rapidly in New Jersey and Pennsylvania but up and down the East Coast and other countries! To accommodate travellers attending Trails4Tails Fest we offer a couple of different options. For a relaxing night stay we have partnered with Spring Hill Suites Marriott right down the road from Trails4Tails Fest. If you prefer to sleep under the stars the park offers on site camping spots.

Trails4TailsFest races include a 1 Mile Fun Run, 5K, 5K with Dogs, 15K, Double Dog (5K & 15K), 50K Ultra Marathon and the Triple Dog (5K, 15K, & 50K).

The Fest is for both racers and spectators to enjoy including Geeky Beer Gal Beer & Wine Garden, agility course for dogs, dog costume contest, food trucks, Vendors, K-9 police dog demos, games and more!
