Ottawa home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Ottawa rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 92.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 8.3% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Ottawa in June 2018.
