Morris home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Morris rose by $42,000 while total sales increased by 8.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,000 - a 24.7% increase over the $170,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Morris in June 2018.
