Marseilles home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Marseilles rose by $48,500 while total sales decreased by 83.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $153,500 - a 46.2% increase over the $105,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Marseilles in the second quarter of 2018.
