Ottawa home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Ottawa rose by $14,250 while total sales decreased by 91.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $128,750 - a 12.4% increase over the $114,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 116 homes sold in Ottawa in the second quarter of 2018.
