Mark home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Mark fell by $15,500 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $44,500 - a 25.8% decrease over the $60,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Mark in the first half of 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Mark for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,528, approximately 3.4% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2018.
