Lake Holiday home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Lake Holiday fell by $2,000 while total sales decreased by 83.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 1% decrease over the $202,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Lake Holiday in the first half of 2018.
