Coal City (Grundy County) home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Coal City in Grundy County rose by $400 while total sales decreased by 5.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $164,900 - a 0.2% increase over the $164,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Coal City in the first half of 2018.
