Marseilles home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Marseilles rose by $20,365 while total sales decreased by 72.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,000 - a 18.7% increase over the $108,635 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Marseilles in the first half of 2018.
