Hennepin home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Hennepin fell by $18,000 while total sales decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $67,000 - a 21.2% decrease over the $85,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Hennepin in 2017.
