Mark home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Mark fell by $35,400 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $44,500 - a 44.3% decrease over the $79,900 median sale price for the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Mark in 2017.
