1. PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION 2019-09. Recommending approval and issuance of a “Special Use” permit to Cora's Trailer Manufacturing, Inc, allowing a recycling collection processing center in a "M-1” Light Manufacturing Zoning District at property commonly known as 410 West Broadway Street.
NEW BUSINESS
2. PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION. Recommending approval and issuance of a "Special Use" permit to Gavin Yednock, allowing a shooting range in an “AG” Agricultural Zoning District at property commonly known as 1617 N. Otter Creek Road.
PETITIONER HAS REMOVED THIS REQUEST.
3. PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION 2019-10. Recommending approval and granting award of a “Facade Grant” to BPO Elks Lodge #591, owner, 202 North Park Street in the amount of $12,400.
