Minooka Community High School District 111 Board of Education met July 30.

CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Vice President Patti Ruettiger. The meeting was held in the Academic Resource Center at Central Campus. A physical quorum was present with the following board members answering roll call: Laura Hrechko, Patti Ruettiger, Dee Crye, Wendi Arlis, and Dustin Heap. Absent from the meeting were Mike Brozovich and Cherie Barnes. Additionally present were Kenny Lee and Colleen Ward. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
There were no comments from the audience.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
MOTION: by Arlis, seconded by Heap, to adjourn the meeting to executive session for the purpose of discussing matters related to the appointment, compensation, discipline, dismissal, employment and performance of specific employees of the District. Voting Aye: Arlis, Heap, Crye, Hrechko, and Ruettiger. Motion carried. Time: 5:00 p.m.
RETURN TO OPEN SESSION
MOTION: by Arlis, seconded by Crye, to return the meeting to open session. Hearing no objections, the motion was approved. Time: 5:04 p.m.
ACTIONS FOLLOWING EXECUTIVE SESSION
PERSONNEL – Resignation:
MOTION: by Arlis, seconded by Heap, to approve entering into a revised resignation agreement for certified administrator, Ron Kiesewetter, as presented. Voting Aye: Arlis, Heap, Crye, Hrechko, and Ruettiger. Motion carried. Time: 5:15 p.m.
SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT:
MOTION: by Arlis, seconded by Hrechko, to approve entering into a settlement agreement for the cash farm lease, as
presented. Voting Aye: Arlis, Heap, Crye, Hrechko, and Ruettiger. Motion carried. Time: 5:16 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
MOTION: by Heap, seconded by Arlis, to adjourn the meeting. Voting Aye: Arlis, Heap, Crye, Hrechko, and Ruettiger. Motion carried. Time: 5:16 p.m.
