CALL TO ORDER
The board self-evaluation meeting was called to order at 5:34 p.m. The meeting was held in Room 263 at Central Campus. A physical quorum was present with the following board members answering roll call: Dee Crye, Cherie Barnes, Laura Hrechko, Mike Brozovich, Dustin Heap, and Patti Ruettiger. Absent from the meeting was Wendi Arlis. Additionally present were Kenny Lee, Attorney John Fester, and IASB Representatives Reatha Owen and Lori Grant.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
MOTION: by Ruettiger, seconded by Barnes, to adjourn the meeting to executive session for the purpose of self- evaluation, practices and procedures or professional ethics as stated in the Open Meetings Act - 5 ILSC 120/2 (c) (16) as facilitated by the Illinois Association of School Boards. Voting Aye: Crye, Barnes, Hrechko, Brozovich, Heap, and Ruettiger. Motion carried. Time: 5:36 p.m.
RETURN TO OPEN SESSION
MOTION: by Hrechko, seconded by Heap, to return the meeting to open session. Hearing no objections, the motion was approved. Time: 8:27 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
MOTION: by Barnes, seconded by Heap, to adjourn the meeting. Voting Aye: Crye, Barnes, Hrechko, Brozovich, Heap, and Ruettiger. Motion carried. Time: 8:28 p.m.
