A regular meeting of the La Salle City Council of La Salle, Illinois was held Monday, October 7, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. with Tom Ptak presiding as Mayor Pro-Tem with proper notice being duly and continuously posted.
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Moved by Alderman Lavieri and seconded by Alderman Herndon to appoint Tom Ptak as Mayor Pro-Tem in the absence of Mayor Grove for the remainder of the meeting.

Attorney McPhedran noted that there were no comments from the public and no objectors present. The Zoning Board voted unanimously to approve the request.

STANDING COMMITTEES
Alderman Bacidore reported that the Streets, Alleys and Traffic Committee met again to discuss the request from Lindsey Catallenello, resident of 1545 N. Joliet Street for a “No Parking” Zone at the intersection of N. Joliet Street and Walnut Street. Alderman Crane followed up with the residents involved and it appears the issue has resolved. At this time, no action will be taken.

Moved by Alderman Herndon and seconded by Alderman Reynolds to authorize, pay and place on file Pay Estimate #3 and Final to Cruz Concrete Inc. totaling $54,330.40 for the 2019 Sidewalk Improvement Project. Each and every alderman has a copy.
