Request of Ameren Illinois to break ground at: - 388 Carlene Drive to install gas service -926 6th Street to retire gas service

Request from Designs and Signs on behalf of Mort’s/Accel Entertainment for a 4’ x 4’ illuminated, double-face hanging sign for premises located at 1349 Fifth Street and related matters.

Request from Susan D. Sperk to break curb for driveway at 1781 Campbell Avenue and related matters.

Request from Cody Williamson to break curb for driveway at 1168 Hennepin Street and related matters.

Request from Brian A. Brandner and Debra M. Brandner for a side yard adjacent to street (corner lot) variance from 25’ to 17’ to construct a 30’ x 24’ room addition at 101 Garfield Avenue and related matters.

SPECIAL COMMITTEES

Recommendation of the Planning Commission regarding the request of Summit Solar Solutions, LLC through its agent Varsha Chipala Satish, on premises owned by Ashraf Bakr and Michelle Bakr, for a Special Use Permit to install a 9.6kW rooftop solar system at 355 Ninth Street, La Salle, Illinois and related matters.

Recommendation of the Planning Commission regarding matters related to the growth, manufacturing, dispensing (including sale) and or/use of cannabis within the corporate limits of the City of La Salle and related matters.

Discussion and potential action, which may, or may not, include consideration of potential ordinances, if necessary, involving MTCO regarding placement of certain fiber facilities in City right-of-way in vicinity of N. 30th (Civic Road) and Industrial Drive and related matters.

An Ordinance Amending the City of La Salle Zoning Ordinances Related to the Growth, Manufacturing, Dispensing, including Sale, and/or use of Cannabis within the Corporate Limits of the City of La Salle and related matters.
