Princeton Chamber Of Commerce issued the following announcement on Nov. 27.
It’s holiday Shopping time. Great time to buy a book or two and support a really great cause. Join us, Saturday, December 7th, at Barnes & Noble, Rte 130, Hamilton Marketplace between 12—8pm to meet more than 20 local authors (including fellow Chamber member Tom McManimon) and pick up some reading for yourself and your children. Proceeds from every purchase will go to benefit Shine & Inspire.
Children’s storytime will run between 12 to 4pm. You can also visit BN.COM/bookfairs to support Shine & Inspire online from 12/7 to 12/12/19. Just enter the voucher #12568036
Shine and Inspire, Inc. is a non-profit organization, 501(c)3, whose mission is to enhance the quality of life for Mercer County, New Jersey residents through the charitable gifts of local businesses and members of the community. Shine and Inspire is based on the idea of “pay it forward:” as part of the application process, applicants will be asked to describe how they in turn will give back to the community.
