ILLINOIS VALLEY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL: IVCH Given More Than $18,000 In 2019 To Fund Equipment Purchases And Training

Illinois Valley Community Hospital issued the following announcement on Dec. 11.

The Illinois Valley Community Hospital Auxiliary has given IVCH more than $18,000 so far in 2019 to fund equipment purchases and training. The latest acquisition is a new exercise bicycle for the hospital’s cardiac rehab unit. Auxiliary president Allison Rooney (center) tries out the new exercycle while flanked by other officers, including, from left, Mary Beth Brantner, Pam Rios, Ilene Twardowski, and Sharon Seghi. Auxiliary grants to IVCH are funded with money raised from sales in the hospital gift shop along with proceeds from bake sales and other fundraisers.
