Lostant Community Unit School District 425 Board of Education met Oct. 7.

1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL – PUBLIC HEARING
Quillard Skinner, B.O.E. President, called the public hearing to order at 6:33 p.m.
Present: Lawless, Miller, Wiesbrock, Walder
Absent: Ioerger, Shawback
Recording Secretary: Sandra Malahy, Superintendent
Audience Members: None
2. REQUEST FOR USE OF FACILITY
Dr. Malahy reported that the River of Destiny Church requested the use of the school gym, cafeteria, and restrooms on the evening of November 8th through the afternoon of November 10th. Custodial services and any supplies used will be reimbursed by the River of Destiny Church.
3. PUBLIC COMMENT
No verbal comments made during the special meeting – no members in attendance.
No written comments submitted to the Board.
4. ACTION ITEM
A motion by Walder and seconded by Lawless to approve the request by the River of Destiny Church to use the school facilities November 8th – 10th
Roll call, Yea: 5-0. Motion passes.
5. ADJOURN
A motion by Lawless and seconded by Wiesbrock to adjourn.
Ayes 5-0.
The regular meeting adjourned at 6:41 p.m.
