Seneca (LaSalle County) home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Seneca in LaSalle County fell by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 19.4% decrease over the $155,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Seneca in 2018.
