Magnolia home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Magnolia rose by $62,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $81,000 - a 337.8% increase over the $18,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were two homes sold in Magnolia in 2018.
