LaSalle home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in LaSalle rose by $4,500 while total sales decreased by 94.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $58,500 - a 8.3% increase over the $54,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in LaSalle in the fourth quarter of 2018.
