Lake Holiday home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Lake Holiday fell by $19,250 while total sales decreased by 94.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,750 - a 10% decrease over the $193,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Lake Holiday in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Lake Holiday for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,493, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2019.
