Leland home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Leland rose by $114,500 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $234,500 - a 95.4% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Leland in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Leland for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,862, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
