Marseilles home prices fall in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Marseilles fell by $2,050 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $97,450 - a 2.1% decrease over the $99,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Marseilles in January 2019.
