Ottawa home prices rise in December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Ottawa rose by $21,500 while total sales decreased by 84%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,500 - a 18.1% increase over the $119,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Ottawa in December 2018.
