Magnolia home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Magnolia rose by $56,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $74,500 - a 302.7% increase over the $18,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Magnolia in the first half of 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Magnolia for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $824, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2019.
