Swings:
Discussion was had about purchasing swings at either Washington Park or 28th Street Park. In 2018, when we purchased swings at Centennial and McKinley the total cost of the two parks swing sets was roughly $20,000. Quotes should include the boarder, but mulch will be purchased separately. Motion to put the swing sets out for bid was made by Linda D and seconded by Bill S.
