PETITIONS

Request from Ameren Illinois to break ground at

-2954 Country Aire Avenue to install underground electric and gas service

-Rear parking lot behind 134-138 Marquette Street next to alley to relocate gas main. 

-391 Ator Drive to raise padmount transformer between 391-393 Ator Drive

Request from AT&T to directional bore approximately 216’ and place (1) 1.25” innerduct in alleyway between Wright Street and Bucklin Street in rear of building at 426 Second Street, from an existing AT&T manhole (2) to an existing pole to provide pathway for new fiber to feed above mentioned building due to continuity issues caused by previous damage and related matters.

Request to amend the Chapter 153 (Zoning) of the La Salle City Code and any and all other portions of the La Salle City code related to the installation, permit requirements and fees pertaining to solar panel endeavors in various zoning districts within the City of La Salle and related matters.

Request from the Quesse family for the rezoning of premises located at 2330 St. Vincent Avenue from R-1 (Single Family Residence) to C-1 (Neighborhood Shopping) and related matters.

ORDINANCES/RESOLUTIONS

Resolution 202002 to petition IDOT for temporary closure of portions of State Highway for the Celebrate La Salle 5K Run/Walk on Friday, June 26, 2020 and related matters.

IDOT Resolution 202003 for Obligation Retirement (2012 Street Improvement 12-00081-00-IR) (2019) and related matters.

IDOT Resolution 202004 for Obligation Retirement (2012 Street Improvement 12-00081-00-IR) (2020) and related matters.

IDOT Resolution 202005 for Maintenance Under the Illinois Highway Code (2020 MFT Program) and related matters.

An Ordinance Pertaining to the Hiring of Police Officers and Firemen and related matters.

NEW BUSINESS

Acceptance of the recommendation of the Board of the Fire and Police Commission to hire Frank Bray to the position of patrolman in the City of La Salle and related matters.

Request to initiate the process to gain eligibility to administer the Downstate Stabilization Program to assist businesses in obtaining grants up to $25,000 and related matters.

COMMENTS

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Regarding pending and/or potentially imminent litigation and related matters: Collective bargaining and related matters, and acquisition and/or sale of city real estate and related matters and the employment, discipline, appointment, performance and/or compensation of non-union and/or union personnel and related matters pursuant to the Open Meetings Act including 5-ILCS 120 Section 2(c)1- 2,5,6,11 thereof.
