Board members absent: Skip DeMaso, Kathy Jereb, and Brian Shofner Executive Session: Nicole Mertes moved, second by Jason Depenbrock to adjourn to Executive Session for the purpose of Superintendent Evaluation at 6:17 p.m. 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) Motion carried with 4 yeas, 0 nays.
Closed Session Roll Call: Jason Depenbrock, Buffy Hoskins, Nicole Mertes, and Jim McCabe
Motion to Return to Open Session: Buffy Hoskins moved, second by Nicole Mertes to return
