City of Lasalle - Finance Committee met March 9.
Here is the minutes provided by the committee:
Acting Chairman Lavieri called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m.
Present: Alderman Demes, Alderman Lavieri, Alderman Jeppson
Absent: Alderman Ptak, Alderman Herndon
Others present: Finance Director John Duncan
A quorum was present.
There were no questions on the bills.
In regard to the request for a monetary donation from the North Central Behavioral System’s 35th Annual Teen Showcase 2020 being held on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at Illinois Valley Community College Cultural Center the committee voted unanimously to deny the request in order to remain consistent with current giving practices.
In regard to the request for a monetary donation from the Illinois Valley Brain Injury Clubhouse the committee voted unanimously to deny the request in order to remain consistent with current giving practices.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:03 p.m.
