3. Summary of Zoning Hearings Report

Approve Rezone from B-1 to Rural Estate for Phyllis Johnson c/o Jason VanLanduit, POA to bring property with existing single family home into compliance with the Zoning ordinance on the north side of IL Rt 92 approximately 800' west of 1600 E St. at 15785 IL Hwy 92 in Walnut.

Approve Conditional Use for Tri-Con materials Inc. c/o Steve Nelson for the extraction of sand and gravel. A variation was granted by the Zoning Board of Appeals for the placement of either an overhead or underground conveyor system that would transport excavated materials from the proposed sand and gravel facility on the west side of 1250 E St. up to and across 1250 E. St. for processing at the existing sand and gravel facility on the east side of 1250 E. St. approximately 1/4 mile north of IL Rt 92 in Walnut
