Coal City (Grundy County) home prices fall in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Coal City in Grundy County fell by $11,250 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 7% decrease over the $161,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Coal City in July 2019.
