Minooka (Grundy County) home prices rise in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Minooka in Grundy County rose by $4,450 while total sales decreased by 34.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 - a 2.1% increase over the $215,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Minooka in July 2019.
