Morris home prices rise in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Morris rose by $34,000 while total sales decreased by 37%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $232,000 - a 17.2% increase over the $198,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Morris in July 2019.
