Illinois Valley Community Hospital issued the following announcement on Aug. 18.
The IVCH Hygienic Institute in LaSalle offers $25 sports physicals and $35 school physicals with required immunizations available same day. Immunizations require an appointment to help us ensure proper social distancing in the waiting area. Call 815.223.0196 to schedule an appointment.
