Buda Fire Protection District responded to seven calls in 2018 - 30 percent less than the previous year, according to data from the National Fire Incident Reporting System.

The calls in Buda included five fires - two structure fires, one vehicle fire and two other fires.

The department also received two false calls.

The Buda Fire Protection District had an annual budget of $87,677 in 2018.
