Morris home prices fall in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Morris fell by $4,380 while total sales increased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $223,375 - a 1.9% decrease over the $227,755 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Morris in August 2019.
