APPOINTMENTS

Appoint Frank Bettasso to the Bureau County Board of Review to a 2 year term effective immediately.

Mr. Bettasso will be replacing Bill Lane, who is retiring.

Appoint Sandra Jo Thompson to the Wyanet Fire Protection

District to a 3 year term ending in May 2023.

A. EMA AND ZONING - Mr. Whited

1. Approve Resolution to Extend Proclamation Declaring Bureau County a Disaster Area for Coronavirus until 11:59 pm on January 12, 2021.

2. Approve the recommendation to retain Tim Slavin as facilitator for Big Sky Wind Farm repowering hearings at the Zoning Board of Appeals

3. Summary of Zoning Hearings Report

Approve for Rezone from R-1 to R-3 for King Davis Development Corp. to construct up to 12 townhouses on both sides of Willow Dr. and Davis Ct., west of creek bridge.

Approve for Conditional Use for King Davis Development Corp. to construct up to 12 townhouses on 6 lots. Eight existing subdivision lots will be reconfigured & replatted to meet ordinance requirements and will become 6 subdivision lots. The zoning committee recommends approval with the stipulation that the replatted subdivision be approved by the Bureau County Board and recorded prior to the issuance of a building permit.

Approve Rezone from R-2 to B-1 for Mineral-Gold Fire Protection District for a new fire station on the north side of CH-10(Main St.) just west of Lincoln Ave. in Mineral.
