City of La Salle Finance Committee met Oct. 5.

1. Approval of minutes of the Finance Committee meeting held September 21, 2020.
2. Request from Gary Hammers, Nick Hammers, and Jeremy Reed to address the Council regarding development ideas for city-owned lots at 324, 328, 330, and 362 Third Street and related matters.
3. Review of bills, reports, and related matters.
4. Discussion and potential authorization of a request from the Illinois Valley Food Pantry for assistance, monetary or otherwise, towards their organization and related matters.
