Peru home prices fall in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Peru fell by $27,000 while total sales increased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $98,000 - a 21.6% decrease over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Peru in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Peru for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,188, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
