Peru home prices fall in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Peru fell by $7,250 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,000 - a 8.3% decrease over the $87,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Peru in February 2019.
