North Utica home prices fall in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in North Utica fell by $24,500 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,500 - a 15.3% decrease over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in North Utica in the third quarter of 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in North Utica for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,608, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2020.
