Marseilles home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Marseilles fell by $8,900 while total sales decreased by 32.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 7.8% decrease over the $113,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Marseilles in the second quarter of 2019.
