Lake Holiday home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Lake Holiday fell by $26,250 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $197,750 - a 11.7% decrease over the $224,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Lake Holiday in the second quarter of 2019.
