LaSalle home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in LaSalle rose by $550 while total sales decreased by 26.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $58,000 - a 1% increase over the $57,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in LaSalle in the first quarter of 2019.
